Cool. I don't know if I'd be interested in them collaborating but I'd be cool if he passed down some lessons to him

If he was still alive, I'd be go on a rant about it.
But he's no longer here, so.
But yeah, anyone that supports that piece of garbage is a sociopath. Same with R. Kelly for that matter.

unless Prince had significant contact with the guy its largely intellectual I think. you can forgive a person then spend 15 minutes in their company and realise that how they acted during one incident was part of their general character and if they worked together Prince might have noticed a retrograde attitude to women or just a violent tendency towards anyone praising Chris ** do something, before we're gone , and we're just a rock where a world went wrong...**

forgiveness is a virtue. prince was a religious person, so of course he would forgive him and try to show him the light. it was not because he approved of what chris did. [Edited 5/4/16 5:32am]

He forgave Kevin Smith who was a complete douche at the time so yeah it's ok to forgive The greatest live performer of our times was is and always will be Prince.

Right on. Totally agree with you. Holding back on posting the pics of R & other partners he assaulted. If they were poor/working class ppl; they'd never get away with their garbage. But, like Miles Davis, Woody Allen, Michael Jackson, Ted Nugget, David Bowie & on and on...they get away with it.

I'm not okay with Prince forgiving him but as has already been stated, it was a strong part of Prince's belief system. Right or wrong, forgiveness can't be a pick and choose situation. That's when it becomes hypocrisy.

How can any of us expect forgiveness for ourselves if we cannot forgive others? Just sayin' "You always get the dream that you deserve, from what you value the most" -Prince 2013

Chris Brown did nothing to any of us, so we have nothing to forgive him for? Rihanna is the only one that this concerns, he hurt her, not anyone else. Now, do we condone what he did and maybe have strong feelings about it, no and yes, but really, it's none of our business.

Who made you almighty??? Calling him a piece of garbage. The Bible says its good to forgive. Even talking about someone forgiving 70 x 7 times at least. That is alot of forgiveness! Maybe you should try and read it for yourself! [Edited 5/4/16 8:16am]

forgiveness is not just about the other person. it's about relieving yourself of the hatred or dislike dwelling within you. so if you forgive someone for something they've done to you or someone you like or care about, you're also releasing that darknes from yourself.

> Exactly, because while you're holding on to all the ill will and hatred, the other person is going on about their lives, making money and not even thinking about you. Espeicially in the case of a celebrity you never even met.
