KCMP (89.3 The Current), the Minnesota pubic radio station which became the focus of nationwide attention and admiration just after Prince's death by almost immediately switching to all-Prince programming, which allowed many grieving people to listen to Prince's music online, is spearheading a nationwide simulcast of "Nothing Compares 2 U" on Wednesday, May 4. Participating stations will play the song 7 hours and 13 days after Prince's death. Actual air time depends upon your time zone.
