Yeah, that's interesting. I guess McD can now be considered a reliable source for any and all information relating to Kirk! Back in the day, no editor would have allowed a quote like that to go to press. I'm not saying that McD's statement is untrue, I'm just saying that his statement is speculative at best. Maybe Jason Sickles, the writer, is an org member or regular lurker.
