this has been posted already, but in the cancer thread, so i think it's def ok that is has a thread of its own.

I REALLY appreciated this interview. All of the personal tales coming out lately have been awesome, but hearing/reading something this indepth from a tech person is so inspiring and really shows just how into his craft that prince was, outside of the direct musicianship of it all. The same with the huff post article where Susan Rogers, Tamar Davis, and an early 90s female engineer (Im blanking on her name right now) were interviewed. I hope we get more of these kinds of interviews. Honestly this topic could be a book/ tv special/ documentary in itself.

Wow! I just love these stories coming out now. One of the things I respected the most about Prince was his work ethic. I'm a musician myself and I always feel I'm a slacker when I hear these stories but im also inspired to do more.
