I remember that some time back some people had gotten it to work on Windows XP and possibly Windows 7. I feel like it might be tougher getting it to work on Windows 10. |

Similarly -- does anyone know how to get old Quicktime files to work&
I have a bunch of videos, for instance First Avenue 83, Birthday Parade, that New Year Show with Miles Davis in attendance. I got those around 2001 and they were already about 3 years old if not more.
I use Windows 10. | |

I agree with another poster. Use VLC Player. It plays damn near anything, video or audio, that you can throw at it. Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

I've definitely played it on everything up to and including XP. . Back then, I'd made a disk image, and also just copied the whole CD to it's own folder, and ran it locally, opposed to the CD-Rom. . Just as a sidenote: If anyone has problems in the Studio, when you get to the safe, and you can't get the combination lock open (how ironic at this point), make sure your resolution is at 640x480. I don't think it works at 800x600. I remember reading somewhere, that it was a glitch. Besides, it's really made for a lower resolution like that, so anything bigger is either going to distort it, or you'll be playing it in the middle of a big black screen. Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

I never played it, but would love to play, saw bits of it on youtube video by some Canadian guy who compared Rock star video games including Journey (1983), various types of Michael Jackson's Moonwalker (1988) and of course Interactive. Got some kind of love for you, and I don't even know your name

I don't think you can play it on Windows 10 but this article about the game is good, has YouTube clips to show what it was like and instructions of how it was installed! It was fun reliving it, I remember playing it as a teenager! It wasn't very playable but loved the design and all the loops and sound effects! http://mashable.com/2016/...4qvf_Vcaqy

I stil remember buying this at the time of release. . I always thought it was awesome - the clips and videos are great, particularly Kiss karaoke! . It was always very much part of the times, that is why I loved it so much. . I also remember people being able to play this in the London store in Camden - which was cool. . This whole period in Prince's career was awesome and just all worked well together - The Gold Experience, the intercative NPG Operator, the interactive Beautiful Experience film, the track Intercative, the digital artwork for the CD sleeves. . Happy days without doubt!!! .
