So on Blast I heard this remix which is clearly build up from SOTT live track and an outstanding rhytm section. But who made it? Prince? or a fan?

There is next to no information on this remix, aside from that it's sourced from an acetate from 1989 that also featured the unreleased remixesof Trust and a Like a Prayer, as well as a couple of other tracks.

I've loved this mix from the moment it leaked a couple a years back and would love to get the background on this.
