As far as vids being taken down, looks like his family may also be considering doing a test case, with many people and companies trying to cash in on his death with all types of Prince gear. I guess since Minnesota doesn't have a law protecting the sale of a deceased celeb's image, don't be surprised if they will create a law for that down the road, since they are doing a test case on it.
