I hope some of the people I don't see posting are ok. For example, KCOOLMUSIQ, I hope he is all right. I have not seen him since the sad news broke. And anybody else that is having grief issues.

KCOOL has been active on Twitter, thankfully. I hope he returns here at some point but he may not be able to handle it right now. Everybody grieves in their own way, I guess. Some people may want to talk more and some may want to talk less. I'm getting to the point where I'm ready to start talking more. May even go and see Purple Rain tomorrow at a local cinema screen........

Here in Birmingham at a place called Mockingbird Theatre. They showed it last Saturday (two showings, the first sold out so they showed it again after) but I just wasn't ready. I'm still not sure if I will be tomorrow, but I guess I just have to see how I feel in the afternoon.

I imagine there might be some showings in other cities too but I'm not certain.

I was at the first showing on Saturday.
Celebrating him really helped too, there was a lovely vibe and quite a few lighters waving in the audience during Purple Rain.
