Who were Lorna & Duane Nelson

http://www.startribune.co...377060521/

Only posting this because I had never heard of either one. They are saying some pretty out there things of this shady looking lawyer is to be believed.

For the record and I'm gonna stop speaking on it. I don't believe for one minute P was "out" on any drug over or under the counter. I believe when all is said and done we will find out hero left us through purely natural causes.

They were his half brother and sister. Both have been dead for years so you cannot verify the story.

Because of their half-baked mistakes, we get ice cream, no cake; all lies, no truth; is it fair to Kill the YOUTH ~~ Party Up

There is an old video documentary from 85ish with Duane on it.

I believe Lorna as his older half sister (who was about 16 years older than he was who he stayed with for a while in New York when he was about 16)

as to the story: I am sure he was taking pain pills. But I have a feeling it was not so much to kill him on their own. Before this I heard of the flu going into people's muscles (including the heart). It was also reported he had some heart issues. And pain killers negative effects can be magnified by the flu. And the flu in a muscle would cause pain... which could lead to more need for pain relief.

Duane died in 2013, mostly broke, after being fired by Prince. He was part of the security team at Paisley Park. Their relationship included restraining orders and some stints in jail - it wasn't rosy.

Lorna also sued Prince in 1987.

Wasn't that Sharon? If I'm not mistaken she still lives there.

--- Two of Prince's idiot siblings who are dead. Duane beat of a woman at Paisly Park and shot at process servers and later Prince took out a restraining order against him. Duane did time in jail and if the media was not so lazy they would report on that instead of reporting the rantings of an attorney trying to get paid.

I seem to recall from back at the time that Duane is the one referred to in "Lady Cab Driver":

"This is 4 why I wasn't born like my brother, handsome and tall"
"Anti-intellectualism has been a constant thread winding its way through our political and cultural life, nurtured by the false notion that democracy means that "my ignorance is just as good as your knowledge"" ~ Isaac Asimov
