So, I found my Emancipation CD's while cleaning up at the weekend and thought - "never mind the vault, there's like 10 legit Prince albums most people can't buy on iTunes or download or anything".

I hadn't listened to Prince since Thursday, but today I started putting together a Best of... selection from his indpendent slate (we get Most Beatuiful girl... cause that was the deal with Warners at the time?)

I thought 14 tracks plus a bonus was a reasonable limit, with a focus on stuff popular enough that the masses should know but don't due to lack of marketing/availability.
