I think he was ready to leave us...

Hey Org,

This is only my opionin, being at Pailsey in Jan for the 1st ever Piano & Mircophone show (8pm), I felt Prince was in a zone, reallyt the telling of his childhood, his father, opening up about and givign props to Lisa for being the one who inspired the tune for Rasbery Beret, getting emotional, crying, I felt such sadness but it was intimate how he interacted with us all, healso spoe about having lucid dreams and visingting with those that have passed on befrehim, then he closed with Anastatia.

During the 10pm show while playing Purpe Rain, he was emotionall, then closing the show out with FREE URSELF.

Seeing him in Oakland and talking about Vanity, how much she meant to him,

Annoucing that we has goign to do a memior soon, the song WAY BACK HOME, I cant even bear to listen to it yet. etc.

Then the message last SAT about save your prayers for a few days. Obviouly there may be something he had or merely it just happened, I dont suspect foul play. It just saddens that he was alone, however the upside he was in his own home. Lost in thoughts as we all are, hearing that he was creamated so soon, just reaffirmed that this is all to real.

did you say that he "was having lucid dreams and visiting with those that had passed on before him" ? Is that what you said? Because that would be weird. That happens when someone is in hospice, a lot of times.

I saw Dr. Funkenberry talking about the dreams Prince was having also. So many things are starting to point to some sort of awareness he was having but I hope that it's just my mind trying to make sense of what I'm feeling.

I don't know about his dreams but I know after I attended the January shows I had three dreams I remember that Prince died and I had been emotional to the point of crying when listening to his music the past few months after seeing him in January. I posted that on the other thread. He didn't look the same to me physically.

I don't think he was ready but maybe his body was. And maybe he would have continued to deteriorate over time, so his untimely exit spared him a lot of pain in the future. We have no idea what he was going through with his health problems.

V10LETBLUES

At the start of this tour I heard some complain that they were not getting enough and were being ripped off by the length of each shows. I remember thinking that it came off as insensitive as to me it seemed like two shows a day seems like way too much work even for a hard worker like Prince. But when he became ill, that's when I honestly started to really have bad feelings and a bit of anxiety. I spoke about the need to really cherish the living icons like Prince. The emergency landing hit a nerve.

I think a lot of us are still numb. It hasn't really set in yet. Can't imagine how his loved ones feel.

Prince was not alone...He believed in a Higher Power and trusted his Faith...Believers have fears becuz we're still Human even though we Live by Faith...Non-believers die alone...
