Will was not a friend. They barely knew each other. Probaby spoke once or twice.

Sheila called after hearing he was sick. They did have a huge falling out. They never made up. They were not friends at time of death.

Dez had not heard from Prince for 12 years, Prince would not talk directly to him until a phone call out of the blue 3 weeks back as you said.

Apollonia is a great person and was trying to be a good friend to Prince, was her love recipricated?

JW were not real friends. They were just fellow cult members.

Tamron was a fan who had Prince posters on her wall. Not suprsing Prince liked her, she would never disagree with a single word.

Personally, I will say that I find the "we just spoke last night" comment by Will Smith pretty fishy. Maybe it happened, but it's also the kind of self-serving thing anyone can say to make themselves look more relevant.

As far as his closest inner circle, it seemed to be Meron Bekure and Kirky J. They were with him at the Dakota along with Hannah and Josh.
