Visited several branches of HMV in UK today... I don't know why, just wanted to see the racks of Prince CDs. They were EMPTY!!!! Everything EVERYTHIIG was sold out. The only thing left on sale was ONE copy of AOA on vinyl. That was all. It didn't actually make me sad, it made me happy. We, the ORGers, have stuck with Prince since the beginning. We KNEW what he was and what he did. Through highs and lows we were here. BUT if as seems to be happening thousands of people are now introducing themselves or reintroducing themselves to Prince and hopefully appreciate his brilliance, even if just the hit singles, then that is really COOL to me! 'I loved him then, I love him now and will love him eternally. He's with our son now.' Mayte 21st April 2016 = the saddest quote I have ever read! RIP Prince and thanks for everything.

Almost the only single silver lining possible is that a whole new generation of people discover what we have known for so long, that Prince was a staggering genius.
