Brooklyn Bowl, O2 Arena 23rd April... Just a thank you to the venue for putting this event on tonight. Showed Purple Rain, the Super Bowl halftime show and had a DJ playing all the hits, and all free.
Shed some tears, sang our hearts out and danced our asses off. Was great to be amongst fans again, to try and make sense of the last couple of days, share stories, have a hug, a dance, raise a glass. I'm sure Prince was looking down and smiling. Special shout out to Oz, Lee and Rob, to Hayley and Angie...was great to see you all. Look forward to seeing you all again for another beautiful night. Oh I missed this, and I just live around the corner too. How lovely of them to host something. But in all honesty I wasn't in any mood on Saturday to go to something. Maybe again in the near future. | |
