My Own Private Memorial Since I couldn't be at Paisley Park, I had a Private memorial in my home with my 2 closest friends because this has crushed me so much. We listened to the last Atlanta Show, and then Played Sometimes it Snows in April. We laughed, cried, sang. It was great closure for me. I'm thakful for my friends understanding. I'm devistated, He was my hero as he was to many. How are you honoring/ remembering Prince?

Thats beautiful...
We went into central Birmingham for the screening of Purple Rain.. We sang along and gave him a standing ovation at the end of the movie. It was cool to be around happiness whilst saying a secret good night to him. (not the only person doing that im sure) I hadn't realised P had already been laid to rest, and his memorial was happening at around the same time.
Way back home has been on loop since I got home.
He's home now..
One minute they want peace……
Then do everything to make it go away. | |
