I do wonder why the person who phoned it in didn't know the address. Did she have brain freeze? Was she just a recent visitor? Seems odd to me. I also find it odd that he didn't know the address if he worked for Prince. And Prince being all alone in pp seems also strange, no security guards or any staff at all especially when he was not feeling well. I can feel signs of getting a bit mad in my mourning. There's two things, two puzzling questions that are driving me crazy. First. Why he was all alone in Paisley Park?
He lived there at this point, and doesn't really need a baby sitter. "All alone" is no different than him being in that big house on Galpin by himself, or on Kiowa Trail. He doesn't have a ton of assistants or anything else busying themselves like in the old days. Frankly, I'd want my alone time, too if I had to be around people or be seen a lot.
Why can't you picture Prince making himself a sandwich? He served pancakes.
Chanhassen is way outside of MPLS proper, so no, he did not ride his bike there. Electric Fetus is downtown Minneapolis, so he drove.
You can find all this stuff on Google Earth. There's only one Paisley Park, and to my knowledgle only one Electric Fetus.
I used to go to a record store downtown (near or on Nicolette Mall), but I can't remember the name of it. There was also a Disc-Go-Round on Hennepin & West Lake, across the street from Calhoun Square, that I frequented. MPLS has some great mom & pop record stores.
Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

I keep wondering why there was no emergency button or phone in the lift or why Prince did not have a cell phone, or some sort of emergency thing? Thank you Prince for every note you left behind 💜

I'm not being morbid here, but if you just pass out or lose consciousness before you die, there's no real time to reach for anything. Sometimes it just happens, and that's it. Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

me too. it really really bothers me that someone wasn't taking care of him. i can't shake the feeling that something is off. . they say the angel of death comes for us when its our time, to free us from earth. i like that notion we're not alone at the very end

I agree...it makes no sense that no other person was there...not one I hope his soul is resting now.
