Guess I'll stay here, even if the ballroom is empty...and the tunes sound too familiar...where am I supposed to go...and for what

This party's never ending, as long as Prince is remembered and listened to.. it will last forever.

True, what I meant is, with the deaths of Bowie and Prince, I KNOW I just don't have the need to care for new music, maybe music released by veteran artists that I like , but not as much as those two heroes

End of the road for me, you guys keep on riding if you wanna, I'll stick to 1969-2016

From here we can hopefully come together and love and celebrate what he has left us with. We will always be hearing new bits in the left head phone buried in the mix or noticing a new meaning. Maybe the Heroes we had are gone but they're still Heroes.

The new crop coming through might not tally to us - but they will for kids who were just like us, when our elders and betters wouldn't have P or DB. I'm grateful that I'm well towards my destination and the majority of it P's music has been there with me...

Love you everyone.

I'd wager more than a few. We could have just as many albums worth of material and outtakes as actual released records in the vaults! Not to mention a million great soundboards. God bless him.

Prince made sure this party would not ever end long ago. He might not be in the building, but the lights ain't goin' on any time soon.
