IS Prince's doctor hiding anything? http://kvil.cbslocal.com/2016/05/11/what-is-princes-doctor-hiding/
I find it interesting how Prince's doctor just vanished and hired an attorney and will not reveal what final prescription he wrote to Prince on April 20th? Does MN have a law where he doesn't have to disclose it?
And why is Prince's best friend hiding as well, hiring an attorney?
Just seems suspicious to me espcially with his doctor leaving his practice.
I wonder why Prince or doctors' did not prescribe therapy for Prince besides drugs. Unless this poor man was in so much pain, he had no other choices but to rely on prescription medication.

sooo many questions. We're not even sure if his doc prescribed the drug that killed him. How long has he been taking painkillers of any sort? since the 80's? It was just 16 years ago that he did 12(?) splits in the Rave DVD. Was cancer behind all of the meds? The docs knew. His close friends knew. And still, he is gone.
I feel greedy, but i feel that us fans NEED to know more. There is a closeness that we shared with Prince through his music. That's why we're devastated. We were family damn it! I guess i'm at the angry stage of grieving. Thanks for the laughs, arguments and overall enjoyment for the last umpteen years. It's time for me to retire from Prince.org and engage in the real world...lol. Above all, I appreciated the talent Prince. You were one of a kind. | |

We only know from the search warrant before it was sealed that the doctor was treating him opiad withdrawal, dehydration, and anemia (which can be caused by the Opaids) He had other issues besides joint pain going on with just do not what they were maybe disclose it once they get the full report. Why do people keep repeating this as if this is the only medically-advised use of fentanyl? Here is a list of other medically-accepted uses of this drug. | |

We have no idea if he was prescribed fentanyl at all or if he acquired it through some illegal means -- or if the fentanyl in his system was produced by a legit drug company or in a "clandestine lab" ( https://www.drugabuse.gov...e/fentanyl )
In other words, I don't think we can assume because he ODed on this specific drug that he had one of the medical conditions that the drug is legit prescribed for. He may have -- but we don't have enough info to say that. | |
