HARVEY LEVEN FROM TMZ JUST STATED ON CNN... THEY HAVE A PICTURE OF HIM AT WALLGREENS LAST NIGHT, SENDING SOMEONE TO PICK UP MEDICINE, AND PRINCE WALKING BACK AND FORTH SWEATING PERFUSELY... HARVEY STATED THEY WILL RELEASE THE PICTURE SOON...

the picture is just a photo of a black SUV with Prince walking towards it. There's no proof that it was even at a Walgreens and you can't see if he's sweating, or anything. I'm waiting for more info. It's hard to believe that if they did give him a opioid antidote shot, either the hospital or anyone from his camp would tell someone. HIPPA guidelines would prevent the hospital from doing so.

Watch these things, they are crucial now:

- The vault: should not be destroyed or locked up but preserved and published where possible; save money for lawsuits against the caretaker of the vault.

- The money:not interesting for us but see how they battle...

I'm devastated.

Prince has been my main musical influence over all these years.I have no words. This is surreal.

I guess i can consider myself lucky to have witnessed not only numerous concerts but also quite a few of his famous aftershow concerts. Also i was lucky to meet some members of his band and of The Time.

I could tell a handfull of stories.

But right now i'm devastated, just devastated.

Van Jones on CNN talking about Prince the friend, philanthropist, athlete, all-around caring soul - that really got me very emotional. Because everyone's talking about what a musical genius we've lost, but Jones was the first interviewee I saw today who really elaborated on who Prince was as a person, and it really hit me what a beautiful person (not just musician) we've lost, and it just made me incredibly sad that the general public, including myself, didn't get to know that.

fucking sucks. Most of all not knowing and comprehending what caused his death. And the fact that this is really out of fucking no where. And the fact that I live in a country where people don't give a fuck about PRince and the ones who actualy know him refer to him as "oh that weird short guy with a weird voice who wears a lot of makeup"....my life sucks right now. I'm at work, at my desk, literally surrounded by people who are completely oblivious to the fact that I'm dying inside.....it still hasn't sunk in, I'm still trhing my best to cope with the shocked feelings.....I just don't know what to say or what to do...so heartbroken and feeling miseralbe right now....... cry cry cry cry cry cry

On my way to work now and I have to go to the station at The O2 Arena in Greenwich for the tube. People on the bus are now all talking about the 21 Nights in 2007 and I am nearly breaking down. Staring at my phone to avoid crying.

Van rocked it and i think what he said is just the beginning of what the prince legacy will be, dude cared a lot bout social issues.

I think lots of us fell the same way hug
I went to work the same way..
I talked to a co worker and and if she heard about Prince. She said yes and that she cried. She goes on to say she's seen him live..other CO worker says seen who? She's like prince.. He says I seen him in 84. Other worker says I got 2 of his CDs last week!
Who knew they were fans. When they heard that I was a huge fan they asked if I was OK. The conversation lasted 2/3 minutes. It was nice to know someone else cared

Anywho.. Im sure they have no idea what he truly meant to me, and how it's been on my mind all day

At least the people here know how I / we feel

I don't know what to do today. I'm sat in my office with the org open, refreshing pages that sometimes load looking for answers. I cant get any work done, but really I should to take my mind off things. I just want to know why this has happened. Prince, in my mind was always going to out live me. I knew that when Prince died the world would finally see what genius the man was. But I also knew I would never live to see that day because Prince would still be rocking his guitar when I was long gone. And now this happens... It wasn't meant to be this way and I need to know why.

I'm similar but don't have the option not to work. My team at work all fell apart yesterday. One woman had a mini stroke in the middle of the office and got carted off in an ambulance. Another woman lost her mother last night too and another's sister went into labour this morning and can't come in as she has to take care of the other kids. And here I am wallowing in the Prince news. I'm trying to put it into perspective but can't seem to distance myself.

long time viewer, usually love coming to the org and seeing the crazy melee of opinions.

so sad this morning about the news. im also in work trying to explain to people how we will hopefully have new music for the rest of our lives gradually released, and how he was the finest performer i ever saw live.

Early reports are dubious about cause of death. Few rich people with access to high quality health care die of the "flu." Not acknowledging TMZ nonsense until there is verification from major news outlets with more credibility.

Prince railed against alcohol and drugs and he was smarter and more happy than to look for such cheap substitutes for happiness. Although he clearly pushed his body more than most physically, so perhaps there was an issue with pain.

I find myself wandering around aimlessly today, the realisation and sheer gravity of prince's death are too hard to process, I felt sad when Bowie died, but this is on a whole other level. Prince will always be with us, in his music that will live on forever, for as long as people have ears, and technology can play his music, and in his spirit, a beautiful purple glow that will surround us, his true fans and lovers of his music. Thank u Prince so much for all the wonderful music and memories u have given us, and to more material in the future sometime, much much love beautiful one.
All u haters need to recognize, if u cant c right through these lies, good gawd!

Feel like I've been kicked in the guts. I never saw this coming, not this soon. MJ yeah, that was almost inevitable, but not our man. This was not how it was meant to end, it just feels so WRONG. But then, no one's exit from this world is ever 'the right time' or pretty ...

Prince's music has given me more pleasure than almost any other music over the last 25 years, I find it endlessly entertaining, fascinating and funky.

I don't think I'll be able to listen to his music at much length for a few months now, it was similar with Bowie, but this is much worse for me. It's just surreal.

I hope, as the reports indicate, that he went very quickly and he did not suffer.

I agree that it is what he did in his music and career that matters most of all, regardless of any possible future revelations about the man or how he left us.

One way or another, my instinct is that he worked himself to death. The man could, would not stop, until his body made him.

'Body don't wanna quit, gotta get another hit'.

He was my main music man, he WAS music.

He LIVED for music, and he may well have died for it too.

Sometimes It Snows in April. DAMN STRAIGHT peace rose
