Prince's Voice in 2016 Those of you who've seen the P&M shows how is Prince's voice?? One of the things about him that's been truly remarkable is his tonal longevity. Still a beautiful, clear, strong instrument.

He still sounded amazing - he needs to ease up on back to back dates, 2 shows a night and flying here there and everywhere to make gigs. He's not a machine, and he's not in his 20s anymore. Look after yourself Prince [Edited 4/16/16 13:20pm]

His voice sounded incredible during the Atlanta shows, even being sick. It sounded strong and pure. It was really something to see these shows and hear him so clear, without a backing band or backing voices. Like KCOOL said, these shows really do showcase his voice.

He's maintained a great voice all these years. The Beautiful Ones still sounds as good as it ever was. The shrieks and screams too. He must do a lot of training and resting of it I suppose. What amazes me about Prince is that he is the only artist that I've listened to that when you hear him live, he sounds even better than on studio albums. So often artists sound awful live. I like his talking voice too though. Soft and low, unlike his extrovert singing self. His voice still sounds fantastic. It has barely changed over almost 40 years.

Absolutely brilliant up high and down low. Oh, and in the middle He held back a little on the screams at the end of The Beautiful Ones in Melbourne, and skipped the ending in Sydney, but with a full band he probably wouldn't hold back so overall he's still singing at 100% in my opinion. Nobody I know gun' bite

I saw the Piano tour in Oakland, and his voice was lovely, ESPECIALLY at the top range. He did a full version of The Beautiful Ones, and he hit all the top notes and added some more at the end that gave me goosebimps, I cried.

I adore how he's maintained himself over the course of his life. Its inspiring and he just sounds otherworldly. This tour is something not many could ever pull off. We are lucky to be able to witness such a force of talent -
