Although I can't view the video on my phone if it is the one I believe it to be it is from the Official NFL youtube channel so I would be surprised if they didn't have permission.

I will never like the synth patches they played that night on Purple Rain but the video was nice.

Its a great little video explaining the problems behind it. Or lack of them, thanks to prince, leading by example!

Uh luv4u....it's an official video....posted by the NFL no less. If it's posted by the NFL THEMSELVES, don't you think they recieved Prince's permission to put it on Youtube?

Clearly you didn't think that through did you?

It's true. NFL's YouTube channel hosts halftime performances. It's quite legal, because the NFL owns the rights to broadcast, or even they wouldn't be able to put Prince on their YouTube.

Sorry, it's the Hodgkin's talking.

It's just against org rules, we aren't even allowed to post stuff from Prince's offical outlets. It's mental but that's just how it is

I watched this on NFL Nework. Good stuff. Funny, I never noticed the doves on the wires before.

I remember being so worried before he went on. The narrators never even mentioned that PRINCE was wearing heels. You could see how slick and slippery that stage was. If he'd fallen, it would have been a catastrophe anda running joke.

One thing I never got was the lightning/thunder thing at the beginning. Was that an effect or real lightning? How'd they do that?
