im not saying this just because it's a "piano" version of the song.... this song is very very underrated by the fans here, i remember how many people always dogging on this song... but strip the isntrumental and just listen to the lyrics... this is so pure old school 60's james brown style funk ala early 80's sexy prince funk.

such a pure funky song, which deserves a lot more respect.

Agree with the general sentiment of this thread. I honestly think it's one of his sexiest tracks. Nice to see him show the song some love.

Glad has added this hit lead single, from the number#1 debut half a million sold "3121" to his setlist....

3121 great album... the last "commercial" album... no album has been certified by the RIAA since then

Actually it was! But it didn't get the commercial fan fare as "Black Sweat" did. I guess because it was part of the aborted 3121 movie.

i thought it was a real shame that song didn't do better because it's a really beautiful song,
it had a great video and he even performed it live at the brit awards (although that was too
late to push this particular single i guess). plus it came right off the succes of musicology and
it's corresponding tour.

Thanks! It worked that way. Come to to think of it ,I had trouble last time and also only managed via the link to the US store. Maybe I can buy my other stuff this way too instead of using ITunes.

Streaming is much easier and you can just put your device into your dock and have perfect sound. You can listen to tons of albums if you like and you don't even have to buy. I'm sure it's also more environmentally friendly. If we all only bought vinyl and cds, gee that's a lot of un-biodegradable stuff on earth. But each to his/her own of course.

Eye remember when Eye attended the NAACP Awards a few years ago & they played the video. EVERYONE loved it!
