I blame all that cleaner than thou bullshit, all these forty showers a day and hand sanitizer and shit. You need to be clean but you also need antibodies to keep you healthy. You need certain germs to stay healthy. I never get sick. I don't always wash my hands? lol But, I am never sick. I am clean but I stay away from crazy shit. Being around shit and dirt is sometimes good. lol

Yes he apologized for the cancellation and rescheduling at the start of both of them. At the first one he said "I was under the weather" and did sort of a diving, swooping movement with one of his hands.

Note to Prince.......Please take the time to rest and heal completely, your health is much more important, and without it, you would not be able to perform!

Here's a couple of pics from the Atlanta shows that I just found online. He seemed just fine at the show, except maybe at the very very end when he walked off, looking slightly weary.

That's good to hear but if he was sick enough for him to be hospitalized, he should probably stay in bed for a while and leave the bike riding until he's made a full recovery.

Yeah no kidding, but I've heard that Prince can be stubborn occasionally. I can see going for a 20 minute light walk but riding bike takes more energy. But I suppose it's pretty flat up there so hopefully no hills.

That is not always the case. The bike carries your weight, so riding your bike is a good way to exercise and not hurt your joints or hip.

When he's not mountainbiking on rough tracks, but just riding his bike around town, Dutch style, I think he is just keeping his muscles in shape.

I do hope he is cautious and careful about his health. I do need him. The idea that I will see him playing and singing again in the future, excistes me.


I really hope he gets the right medical care. I hope the outdated Jehova rules about medical care will not damage him. I would not be able to accept, that because of the writings of one person, who wrote a bible based on his individual interpretation of Jehova, limits Prince his willingness to get the right aid and care.


And as you all say, in the end, only Prince decides what happens to his body. I just hope his hips are not hurting him too much.

He did look a little tired towards the end of the 2nd show, when he was walking off-stage. I had moved closer to the stage because I wanted to see his eyes. I didn't know how that man was performing after being sick enough to cancel a show, and I guess I was a little worried about him. But, he's a musician, and they tend to get the mood going where they wanna play, and ain't nothing going to stop them from playing. One of my exes was a guitar player and I would let him go do his thing, and hours later he'd still be playing that guitar, even when he was so sick he couldn't hardly see straight. When that mood hits them, it's best to just let them go with it, otherwise they get all cranky on you.
