The 'typhoon"?..I thought it was cool for it was back then..lol...The only other times I remember him doing the autograph thing was for his 1st record and "Lovesexy". | |

There's a Rent A Center not far from where I live--- back in the 79's, early 80's it was a CATS records and Prince signed autographed albums there once, sometime late 70's (I think) I know this because I went on a job interview once and somehow, in some strange way, got on the subject of Prince with the older lady interviewing me and she said, "YOu know that RAC? It used to be a CATS records and Prince signed my album .... he told me I had pretty eyes" --- Anyway, everytime I pass that RAC and see the furntiture in the window where he once sat to autograph albums, I think, "Prince was in that Rent a Center!" | |

I noticed that too. I believe this was in Atlanta. He's so not into it! I kind of feel sorry for him. I would've love to (and I wouldn't...it would just be a blow to his ego) to get everyone before hims autograph...then when I got to him say "no, its cool. Nice to see you" then move on to the next band member! If it breaks when it bends, U better not put it in! | |

I guess management thought everyone would go straight to P first. So they probably made everyone start with Micheal B and work their way down the line...That way everyone is involved(?)..His shades and makeup hide a lot of expression..I agree he didn't look too into it. | |
