Does that cat still make music?

I was at work yesterday when 'Kiss' came on the radio, my co-worker said, 'that's an oldie but a goodie, does that cat even make music anymore?'

my heart sank

It's common for people who were either once casual fans of the man, or just plain observers of pop culture. These type of fans aren't interested in doing anything more than listening to the radio or watching MTV to find out what they're SUPPOSED to be hip to in music. If they have to put in effort elsewhere to find out that Prince has come full circle and become a "cult artist" again (for lack of a better description)... they're not interested.
This post not for the wimp contingent. All whiny wusses avert your eyes.

I wonder if he has a vault like Prince etc.I wonder what and how much he has in his vault..I never thought of that. Id like to hear some skeltal versions of songs like Superstition, Livin For The City, Dont U Worry Bout A Thing etc. I wonder if he has them himself or the studio etc. I think he is too much of a perfectionist to ever let them loose if he does have them.

I heard a Story that Said when He dies He wants all of His Stuff that is in a Vault Burned&Destroyed.I had a Musical Buddy of Mine who lives in DC&also a Big Prince Fan in addtion to a Big Stevie Fan&She got to do some Interm Gig at either His Radio Station in la or a Studio He was at,well any how She told Me that She heard He has like 20 Smoking Outtakes that didn't make the Final Cut for "Songs in the Key of Life".when Napster was around I had gotten some of His Live 70's stuff off there but can't find it now.I bet Stevie got like 20 Years worth of Albums in his Vault because I remember in Rolling Stone back in 85 when he was on the Cover of Him talking about His Vast Vault&His Recording tracks Every day.

I Know that In His Vaults He did a Album with Michael Jackson back in 1974 that has never gotten out.hard to Believe Motown/Universal is sitting on that or that Stevie&Michael won't allow it to see the light of day?
