This may come as a shock to you but Prince is in charge of his own business. He could have decided in 1993 not to release another song. Prince has high levels of control over his business, does what he loves is wealthy and celebrated. One Private party could pull in millions. It's all fine. Really.

Meanwhile the fact is that in the mid-1990s the Star Tribune had a multi-article special about Prince being in financial trouble. Which wasn't the first time, we know for instance that he was also in trouble in 1989. Oh, and since then we've had numerous articles about Prince not paying his bills or his taxes.

Only because doesn't have a manager or financial advisor to keep him intact with his financial obligations. I still feel he does pretty good with his 300 million dollar fortune.

I think the one point we can agree is that Prince is unlikely to be on food stamps/welfare anytime soon and is a deservedly wealthy artist doing what he loves.

I guarantee you: Prince is making a fraction of what he would be making if he had followed the advice of plenty of his fans. Bowie's fortune is estimated at $100 million, I guarantee you Prince is nowhere near that and to a large degree that's due to his idiotic business decisions.

is very gifted @ reinterpreting his "mAsTErPiEcEs" live into something otherworldly. It's one of the reasons he's the TOP live per4mer of his generation.

I like it and it is one of my favourite songs. I only heard it once live at an aftershow in Dublin after the one nite alone tour. I think it sounds really good on piano. I do like the reactions from the crowds on the recordings also. Just get this show to Europe now please.

I might be weird but I really loved the 3EG live versions of Let's Go Crazy reloaded and slowed down. The ICNTTPOYM was good live, but I admit he caught me out on the timing. I was singing ahead of him

I agree it is good to mix it up and it seems like this tour brings new life to old songs. I heard a snippet of RuffEnuff and I prefer it on the piano to the version on tidal. I remember in Montreux 2013 coming back loving Cause & effect (3EG) having never given it any time before. Live, the power of the song came out.

I think that slowed down part on LRC worked very well too with the call and return from the crowd really pulling you into the song.
