I think it's 'don't flick bics.' She's refrencing a commercial for Bic lighters where they say 'Flick my Bic!' Pretty sure this is it because later she talkes about 'fire turns to flame.'

I can't even get into it musically... it just seems too frantic, like it's trying to hard to cover up a basic lack of ideas. But then, I'm only sometimes into horns, so I might be physically unable to appreciate it.
