Must be a Wendy & Lisa track because I do not know of it at all. Guess one day I will have to pick up a W & L cd with the track you are talking about Calhoun.

Listen to the words, it's about having to leave Prince and how they looked at his decision "You've got everything I want I'll take everything you've got I'll take everything but you." Very cool song.

Song About was the most obvious one, but not the only.

I adore this song. The lyrics just trip me out big time "It hurts so much i have to go outside". The song manages to be romantic and strangely psychedelic at the same time. The bassline is cool too and i love the way the song almost stops and falls over itself as it progresses. Oh and lets not forget the great solo that leads the song out. The whole song is just perfection and proof that Wendy And Lisa are brilliant at arranging, writing and composing songs. Still the most important contributers to Prince's career.

Oh the song is taken from their self titled debut which i have on my HD right now if anyone wants to hear it. Peace.

Far as I've ever heard, "Song About" is the only song on that album openly attributed to life with Prince. Maybe some other thoughts seeped in, but there's just that one song I've ever heard them fess up about...
