Better Than You Think(1975) / Revelation (2015)

I was listening to the Prince/Pepe Willie sessions : 94 East music Minneapolis Genius band

Pepé Willie - vocals and guitar

Dale Alexander - drums (MADHOUSE live drummer)

Wendell Thomas - bass guitar

Prince - guitar

Pierre Lewis - keyboards

Teddy Randazzo - meltotron

Marcy Ingvoldstad - vocals

Kristie Lazenberry - vocals

for those not to familiar the 1982 Do Yourself A Favour outtake and comes out of these sessions(If You See Me), the melody/groove from Wild & Loose (If You Feel Like Dancing and I think a Vanity 6 song)

Recordings from December 1975 @ Cookhouse Studios in Minneapolis

When the instrumental Better Than You Think came on I immediately heard/though Revelation without the sax. Now I've always heard his version of Just My Imagination in that song, the airy instrumentation sound and the guitar soloing, but I got a strong sense of Revelation on this track today. I kept playing it over and over. For those of U who have this song:Better Than You Think and Revelation listen to them and tell me what you think...

ComeHereLetMeC utYourHair	I listened to it OldFriends but unfortunately I couldn't hear the instrumental Better Than You Think in Revelation.... which part of the songs specifically (as in give me the minutes and seconds) are you hearing the "same song"??
