All great choices I would agree to, except Yo Mister . Mine include Cookie Jar, Eternity (Love it), Love thy will be done, Screams of Passion, all of the Jill Jones tracks but particularly All day all night and Baby your a trip. . I would love to hear a Prince only version of Get it up and Cool as well. I like most Prince cover versions of protege songs, even Martika's kitchen (That shit is funny), Prince even tries to sound like Martika on that and of course the Prince vocals of A Place in heaven, where he puts his voice on super high falsetto to emulate Lisa. Got some kind of love for you, and I don't even know your name

"Sugar Walls" is a great production, indeed.I wished he had given that song to Jill Jones and launched her career in 1985 with it.

"The Screams Of Passion" would have been a perfect duet for Prince with Sheila E.

[Edited 1/30/16 9:54am] The Colors R brighter, the Bond is much tighter
No Child's a failure Until the Blue Sailboat sails him away from his dreams Don't Ever Lose, Don't Ever Lose Don't Ever Lose Your Dreams

I always thought "The Glamorous Life" was told from a male point of view about a 'gold digger with a heart of gold." Sheila makes it sound like she's talking about herself in the 3rd person. Same with Sex Shooter. Perfect nickname for a dick.
777-9311 is sooo funky and should've been a Prince song. However, it flows so well after Wild & Loose.

Fuck u're right! I'd never realized it was even there (or if I did it was so long ago that I had no recollection of it). Amazing! A COMPREHENSIVE PRINCE DISCOGRAPHY (work in progress ^^): https://sites.google.com/...scography/

As said above it was not even recorded at the time. And It and U Got The Look are crap... I do not believe it is necessary for you to ever post on the Org again. Thank you. Good bye. A COMPREHENSIVE PRINCE DISCOGRAPHY (work in progress ^^): https://sites.google.com/...scography/

Good question! I'd say: A Love Bizarre (Sheila E) Five Women (for Joe Cocker?) 100 Miles an Hour (Mazerati) Dance Electric (Andre Cymone) 777-9311

Well UGTL was clearly added in order to add a strong single to the mix so it's artistic legitimacy may be debated even though it's a strong pop track and it grooves as fuck. As for It, it's probably the most experimental, original and hypnotic track on the whole album, so calling it a filler is as absurdly ridiculous as calling Crystal Ball a filler if the original 3 LP config had been released. Reminds me on that orger a few months back who said CB was too long and editing its intro would have made it a better track There's more to life than 3 minutes verse/chorus/verse/chorus/bridge/verse/chorus radio-friendly pop songs! That's my problem with comments such as yours: a total lack of capacity to make a difference between one's own appreciation of a work of art and its objective qualities. Even if I didn't like It I wouldn't make a fool of myself by pretending it isn't brilliant even if it wasn't for me. Such contributions do nothing but lowering the debate and that's y I've been harsh. Nothing personal.
