Which was a pretty rich comment coming from a guy who can't be arsed to properly credit people for their contributions.

.

Nobody's stopping Prince from telling his side. The opposite can't be said, however.

As you know as much as I do, there are very few proven cases of Prince stealing/omitting credits or taking royalties from anyone on a dozen tracks.

.

How many recent albums have a substantial list of credits? That is what I'm talking about.

Agreed...it looks as though at least Hit N Run Phase 2 physical CD has some credits - listing out the New Power Generation and the members contributions - but previous albums have had little to nothing or have just been digital on Tidal, etc.

It has been going both/all ways though. He'll credit excatly who he wants to for the particular project. He has also given others credit for stuff they absolutely did not do. Alot of his side projects. He didn't credit himself for alot for the Liv Warfield and Andy Allo albums. But it's very evident that he had alot to do with many of the songs, and the overall production.

Yeah - good listen. Thank you Michael Dean.

.

Would love to have a "Fly-on-the-wall" observing Prince in the studio creating songs from start to finish.
