Great podcast. Thanks. Couple of LOLs: MC calling Prince's vocals medieval!! And Captain hating on Revelation!! It doesn't matter that some songs are "old", the sound is pre-3EG. I find the album flows really well and is one of the stronger ones in recent years. The vibe reminds me a bit of Andy Allo's album and that era prob because some of the songs were released then but also on Black Muse there's a drum fill that reminded me of Yellow Gold tatata tatata ta (at 0:55 and later also). Also Black Muse has a HUGE nod to Jackson 5, only Captain picked up on it. Anyway keep going! ...every night another symphony... | |
