No Guitar PARADE LIVE DETROIT? NO TROLL THREADS! NO SOLICITING FOR BOOTLEGS! Discussion is fine, so long as the bootleg is not being promoted e.g. pre-release; requests/offers to share or copy, and links to download or bootleg sites are not. Posting Prince and associated artist videos from sites such as YouTube is also not allowed. Posts of this nature will be deleted and repeat offenders will be first warned, and then banned. Troll threads, fake tracklists, and attention seeking rumor threads will be also be swiftly dealt with. These rules are strictly enforced!
Any reason for this?

You are correct he does not play any guitar in the video. It's not the complete show though. I assume he did play guitar on Purple Rain that night but that was about it. I did not attend that show but did attend the show at the Detroit Masonic the night before and that was about the only time he played it. I think he played very little that tour. With the setlist there really wasn't the need I suppose. He did have Mico and Wendy both playing too. [Edited 1/10/16 22:24pm] "Hey, I got the butta 4 ya muffin, honey..
