It really only suggests that there's an album featuring both songs, not that the album features songs spanning 2011-now, or that it's part of a possible HNR series.

Except for the "five phases speculation" related to the 5 album covers on Tidal, which has already been so far encouraged by Phase Two having the second cover, the fact that having only 2 albums called Hitnrun when they are so unrelated would make little sense, and finally the fact that the only thing that in fact relates both Hitnrun albums so far is the fact that they're from sessions spanning the last few years.
