I've been diggin on this song for the past 3 days...listening to it over and over and over again in my car...

It's one of my favorite songs from that time for Prince, cool remixes too..

Universal Love never gets old.

The way 'Come' segues into it still gives me goosebumps...
An underrated track, that's for sure. Would've made a great video.

This is probably the only post-glory-days 12" single of his that I can groove to from beginning to end...and by "glory days" I KNOW you know what I mean.

SPACE is fantastic... i love both the album version and Universal Love... and the acoustic mix is cool too...


it's a shame, it's a bit of an overlooked song i think.

This song is absolutely one of my fave ever Prince tracks. It's romantic and sexy all the same time. Forget overrated guff like Do Me Baby. Space is the real deal.

TOO RIGHT! THE UNIVERSAL LOVE REMIX IS SIMPLY WONDERFUL, AS IS THE ALBUM VERSION. HAVEN'T HEARD THE INSTRUMENTAL BUT I BELIEVE IT'S PHAT TOO. THE FUNKY STUFF VERSION AIN'T TOO HOT WITH ME, BUT SPACE IS INDEED A WONDERFUL TRACK. VERY UNDERRATED - SHOULD HAVE BEEN A BIG HIT. COSMIC SLOP on it, and the bassline sounds almost
