Prince's Willy Wonka obsession.

I think for a long time now Prince has had more than a passing interest in the iconic values of Willy Wonka. I believe that to him - Paisley Park is his factory, he mass produces music instead of chocolate.

Let's examine the evidence and see if you agree...

* Paisley Park has played 'Pure Imagination' over PA when people are queuing outside.
* Prince has ran a 'Golden Ticket' competition for fans to visit his 3121 home.
* Prince is often seen with a cane.
* Willy Wonka had an invention room, Prince has The Vault.
* Wonka made some mysterious decisions, Prince worked with Tony M.
* Empty Room 1995 video - very Wonka hat!
* Prince will leave his whole factory to Joshua Weldon because he admitted drinking fizzy lifting drinks to Hannah.

If you play a video clip of Pure Imagination from the original movie with the sound on AND Way back home at the same time they sync up perfectly.

Prince should have played Willy Wonka in the remake by Tim Burton! He could have made some cool musical numbers. And dressed crazy.
