Prince has just given an interview to the French edition of Vogue where no retirement was mentioned.

Prince has signed with a new distributor and 'The Rainbow Children' is being released officially (not an import) in the UK next month.

Prince has recently showed up to a Grammy Awards Party and another gathering for Artists Coalition.

Prince and Larry Graham were reported to be at the greazy Meal gig together just last week.

MTV published a news item on their site last week confirming Prince will be featured on the new Jimi Hendrix tribute album and he is also collaborating with Musiq on his forthcoming album.

Does that sound like an artist who has decided it's 'OVA'?!.

If it's true that Prince does sometimes correspond with random fans on the internet, I wonder if he maybe does that because he wants certain information to 'leak' out, or what?

Why would a celebrity - who is notoriously shy and introverted and is fiercely protective of his privacy, chat or email with anonymous fans whom he doesn't know and has no way to know if he can trust or not, and discuss issues with them that apparantly he doesn't want to make public to ALL his fans (like Mani's possible pregnancy or the future of the NPGMC)? Why would he tell only certain people, FANS whom he doesn't even really have any kind of relationship with, any of these things?

I can understand his possibly talking about more private, personal issues with these people if he strikes up an actual friendship and trusting relationship with them (but anyone he would do that with I'd hope would be more decent and trustworthy than to run to various message boards and post what he allegedly said to them), but the people I've seen claiming to have emailed or chatted with him say they were told all kinds of stuff that I can NOT understand WHY he'd discuss with some fan he doesn't even know. I don't get it.
