Why do people continue to pretend excliusives aren't windowed. Dr. Dre's "Compton" didn't stay exclusive to Apple Music and Beyonce's last album didn't stay exclusive to iTunes. Besides the streaming exclusive seems to still be intact. Plus I'd bet much like the HitNRun release Roc Nation/Universal is behind the retail release under the NPG Records name. | |

It's not that people pretend . . it's that is what the inherent expectation of an exclusive is.
Obviously the contracts are written differently
Personally - there's people paying $19.99 a month to TIDAL just to hear his Purple Pick of the Week
If all of those are going to be made available on iTunes you could have these songs in your own collection for just $4 a month | |
