Prince releases music videos?? ... since when? lol

No he releases music videos years before the album comes out, many times recording music videos of song's that are not even in the album.

The last real music videos that actually promoted the songs on the upcoming album in adequate time were from the Lotusflow3r era.

lol okay, post Revolution era is where videos nosedived for me. oh and the batman era i think were cool.

Videos are nice, but why would he waste the money - he knows no one is buying this album - everyone interested already got it from Tidal, and the few who wanted it on CD got that too. He got a few entertainment webpage articles out of it, kept his name out there, dabbled in EDM. Mission accomplished.

It would be interesting to put forth a video contest for aspiring filmmakers and offer up the videos on an official website for voting with an eventual grand prize.

The rules are: any song from HITnRUN is eligible, any format (animated, free-form, etc), and is not degrading or disrespectful of the artist and the art.
