yes i said something similar to this on another thread. it frees him up from the pressure of creating whole new albums concepts every time.

'Blueprint' implies there are schedules, plans, goals and order so, um, no.

i'm going to guess that Phase Two is actually the release of Judith Hill's album through NPG records.

Phase One = Jay Zs Blueprint is more like it

My dislike for "HitnRun" aside, I don't think there ARE any other phases. I think "Phase One" is just something to get attention.

That is a strong possibility given Prince's history.

Almost certain, I'd say. Prince gets bored easily . If there were a Phase 2, I wouldn't be surprised if it were Judith Hill's album.

A year from now, Prince history teaches us, his head will likely be elsewhere.

these days, the most illogical thing, combined with the most disappointing/non event,
is usually the outcome of all these guessing games

usually it just gets a tad more bizar every step, so now that the purple pick went from
a recently released prince track, to a prince associate, to a non prince associate, it is a
fair guess that we will get an already semi-released album by a 'protege' for Phase Two.
it's just taking your expectations and lowering them by 10

i always lowered them by one or two or sometimes just believed the hype. now i just
decided to see what i could come up with as being the most deflating "Phase Two" and
that would indeed be an already released album



i'm not saying the music is bad, i like the music just fine. besides, it's cool that judith's
album gets an official release (regardless wether it's phase two as i suspect or just her
own stand alone release through npg/tidal).

it's just all these promises or teases or hints or bait and switch things usually turn out to

be total let downs.
