Will cancel Tidal if all albums are not up. Now that we all can get HitnRun, the only reason for me to remain on Tidal is to have one place where I can easily access all of his music and his protege projects. I have everything, but Tidal just makes it easier. Unless they get 100% of his output up and a few exclusive releases, I will cancel after 30 days. I hope they get their act together. | |

Yeah, I'm about to cancel too. I thought I might hang around for 'Phase two', or if the 'Purple Pics' actually turned out to be new Prince material. But if there's no sign of 'Phase two', and if the 'Purple Pics' are just songs that Prince likes from other artists, I have no reason to be paying a monthly subscription. You think its simply an issue of uploading music and making it available? Are you considering that there are other issues involved regarding making sure Tidal has all of the paperwork involved with the publishing company? The WB stuff I would assume is in some type of order just because they've likely been discussing it in the context of the ever fabled reissues. No one knows what he's done for some of the post-WB material that were released through other avenues. Change it one more time.. | |

Not sure who is the reason... Spotify, Google, Apple Music all had the same problem as well, many albums were missing before PRINCE removed all his music from streaming sites. | |

I guess my concern is that I invest $20 a month in Tidal and he arbitrarily decides to remove all of his music from them. It is not Tidal's fault. If he gave them all access to all of his released stuff then I would stay. | |

I keep having to repeat myself on this but I have over 2000 prince tracks on my iTunes and with Apple Music it makes a copy of everything to the cloud... So I can now stream everything from all my devices including hit n run. If you don't have apple products or iTunes them obviously not the way to go but if you do it's a killer feature. My tidal subscription will finish in about a week, def not sticking around. Just glad that it was free for 30 days "Still Crazy 4 Coco Rock" | |
