Who owns the masters of non prince npg records albums?

With all this music popping up on TIDAL I was just wondering if he could upload releases such as 1800 New Funk, Come 2 my House, GCS 2000 or children of the sun...or those albums' masters belong to Chaka, Mayte and so on?
