I had this as my shutdown sound on a computer once. It booted up to the four hellos at the beginning of Hello, and the sound for various errors was the No! from Alphabet St.

I can't remember what else I put on it, but all the system sounds were from Prince.

I'm gonna go with the ending to the Black Album, though.

Once upon a time Apple wanted to get Prince to record the startup sound for the Mac.

Glad I wasnt the only fool that did this with their PC.

I had "Welcome to the Dawn................." as the intro.

And the guitar outro of Kiss for the shutdown.

With various "AUWAA"s and NO! for prompts.

It´s rarely discussed here but I think the imperative "Come!" at the end of Strays of the World would have been a great ending for the Come album. It´s unfortunate that he decided against using that song as the closing song of that album.

I know many find Strays of the World a tad too bombastic and in the vein of Three Chains of Gold but I think it has great lyrics, a great, majestic and thick sound, the band is supertight and that last "Come!" is kind of missing one the released album. It would´ve sounded so much stronger had he used the song and its ending. That would have been a great way to end that album and would have added a lot to the concept album feel of Come.

Morris Hayes loved this song, too when he first heard it.

It is one of my favorite closing lines on a Prince album but I´m not sure if it counts since it wasn´t used for the album.

Of the released ones, I like the ending of Purple Rain (though the strings are a bit too long), and I like the ending of Lovesexy and Parade( All good things they say, never last
And love, it isn't love until it's past) . But the ending of Around the World in a Day is interesting, too (I have 2 go now. I don't know when I'll return. Goodbye.) . The Black Album closing line is probably the funniest.
