The picture of the basement stairs was pretty cool. Otherwise there's not much that's recognizable from the movie. Even the front door has been relocated. |

I don't think any of the scenes from Purple Rain were actually filmed inside this house. If I remember correctly, the house was used strictly for exterior shots. The scenes that took place inside the home in the movie were actually filmed on a constructed set and not inside this house. "I Was FINE Back in the Day!" | |

the best thing about this house, is that its only a few blocks across Hiawatha, from Ted Cook's BBQ joint...sweartogod the best beef ribs (mild sauce on the side) on the Earth... on e38th off Cedar...peach cobbler no joke either...pork eaters also love the pork ribs and rib tips deeply...but i digress [Edited 7/28/15 22:05pm] | |
