No more Prince on Spotify??

I've been a loyal Prince fan since '84, in fact I allready liked the hit 1999.I am a big fan of his 'comeback' with Musicology and 3121 allthough a lot don't see it that way.Loved 20Ten, the whole Prince hype in my country because of the concert and free album.I didn't understand why peolpe can't watch his videos on YT, a whole generation...but then for a few months the videos are back...for a while!Yes, finally he lost me with 3rd eye girl but I still love songs from AOAand for the first time I really hate his current look. And now, while I was adding songs at my Funky playlist I see that his catalogue is no more available!Just AOA and a few soundtrack songs.Ok, I guess he's on Jay-Z streaming site but why leave the fans on Spotify out...once again?Once again a younger generation won't discover his songs.IF they still do......almost a 100.000 listens for Purple Rain while Beyonce get millions! No, I'm really dissapointed this time...I keep on enjoying my 'old' Prince though.

I don´t want to use different types of systems to listen to music.

Spotify is very easy. I don´t have to download the songs on my phone like i had to do with itunes.

I have everything by Prince on itunes, but i don´t use itunes no more.

Now, to listen to prince music i still have to download it to my phone. It´s stupid to do that only for 1 artist.

so...Prince gets his wish, i hardly listen to him any more. lol

Indeed, I bought the vinyl singles and albums, the cd's and played for digital songs but Spotify is so easy. Play it on my pc or phone, without downloading. And if I have a good playlist I wanna listen 2 while running or whatever... U can still download it with a Simple click. So my New funky playlist has 1! Prince songs but still many other great artists..

Streaming doesn't work for me since I frequently find myself in places with no internet service, most commonly NY subway tunnels. I'll continue to make do with my mp3 player which holds more than enough music I need in any day so I'm not affected at all by this news.
