JoeTyler	Prince and the rest of the world other than the USA has he TOTALLY given up about doing a REAL-PROPER european tour? does he care? What about some nice japanese concerts?? $$$$ why? reasons? discuss

jaawwnn	He has stated he doesn't really like tours in general. http://www.princevault.co...un_Part_II is the closest he has come to a tour in the past year and it was in Europe. I doubt we'll ever get a 'proper' tour from him ever again, unless something massive changes. He likes the spontaneity (if you're Kool)/ is unreliable and can't commit to anything (if you're Bart) [Edited 7/20/15 11:29am]

The reason is simple. Prince apparently doesn't need money. And ever since Prince discovered that fans would come to him (Vegas club residency, 21 Nights in London) why should he bother to travel/stay in hotels on tour?

Prince can't fill arenas so easily on short notice. Promoters need some time to promote and sell tickets.

Prince does little last-minute concerts, here and there, because he knows fans will show up anyway.

Basically it seems that nothing will change regarding this issue.
