What Princevault fails to mention, though, is that the track is, in fact, an edit of "Segue" from Rave:

"Segue is the fourth track on Prince's 23rd album Rave Un2 The Joy Fantastic. The track is comprised of four seconds of silence."

And to make things more complicated, "Segue" was itself an edit of the 38 versions of the untitled silence that comprised tracks 11 to 48 of Newpower Soul:

"Tracks 11-47 are silent tracks, 0:05 each, and track 48 is also silent, with a length of 0:44."

It was also reworked for TRC:

"tracks 15-19 are silent tracks of 0:04, and track 20 a silent track of 0:08."

This proves that Judith Hill CAN NOT be the composer of Out Of Time, as she was not around in 1998-99, and the track should therefore be credited to Prince. Princevault also credit judith as playing oin the track:

Prince - silence"

...but in fact this, also, is erronous, since again Judith Hill couldn't possibly have been involved in the 1998 recording nor the 1999 edit.

"Back in Time" is based on the original recording of Wally--they went back and recorded analog, using the original tapes, made some minor lyric changes to make it more relevant to Judith Hill's life. New vocals were recorded, and then Prince just hit record and there you go!

The various pieces databank mentioned are actually just interpolations, mostly re-performed but occasionally sampled. But the basic tracks are from Wally.
