Sleep Around outtake (or, Im pretty sure, fake)

Okay, I found a 4:09 second "Sleep Around" in my files. It begins with the "Get On The Dance Floor, Mother..." from Loose, and just generally sounds like a mess to me. I don't see anything in the metadata to let me know where it originally came from, and I've had it since at least 2012 it looks like. I think it's fanmade, since I see no listing for it anywhere and it really just sounds fanmade.
