Every girlfriend I've ever had thinks Prince is super creepy. Hell, I remember once in high school I asked a girl to slow dance. She said ok. I requested a Prince slow jam and as soon as it came on she told me that Prince is gross and she wouldn't dance to it.

Many women were turned off by his "weirdness" in the past when his videos were constantly being played on MTV and other video channels. Especially younger women, but younger women these days didn't live through that era, and older women that are still into music don't really even care that much about such factors anymore. I'm of that age that if I date someone just 4-5 years younger than me they barely have a recognition of Prince as a "pop star" and what his image was like "at worst".

Cant say Ive ever met any woman who would get in the mood by a Prince song. Ive no doubt they are out there, but none ever crossed my path. My wife thinks he is ok and she gets nostalgic when some of the old stuff is played, but get her in the mood? Na... Not to say we havent made bouncy-bed-time with Prince in the background though.
