Pretty much everything up until Lovesexy was re-recorded around 99/2000. There's a new version of I Wanna Be Ur Lover with Mr Hayes on keys thats like something off High or New Power Soul, its very funky.

1. Dream Factory/Crystal Ball - original 3 album set

2. The Flesh

3. Rave 1988 version album

4. The Coco Boys - even if it got made biggrin

5. The second coming, complete with the film.

6. The Rebels (Although I have most of these in my boot collection)

7. Madhouse 24 (1988/89 version and 1994 NPG mix)

8. Roadhouse Garden/ Our Destiny etc

9. All the Parade era outtakes into an album (Others here with us, Adonis and Bathsheba, Beautiful Day).

10. 51 Nights

These are for official release, 97% of the songs I already have including 51 nights, but I mean released with mastering and the rest, not fuzzy bootleg copies.

Got some kind of love for you, and I don't even know your name

The Second Coming

The Undertaker (CD Album)

Roadhouse Garden

Wasn't there an option at the Xenophobia celebration (with the whole, what album would you like to hear next thing) of a guitar based rock album? If so - and if it actually exists - that. A rock album with the experimental, musicality of his work at the time, would melt my dick. I'm thinking of rock night at the Xenophobia celebration and how songs like Dolphin and Paisley Park sounded when he played them live... eyepop

51 Hours (Sorry I said 51 nights originally) A long jam recorded by Diamond and Pearl and the NPG in Melbourne, Australia during the 1992 Diamonds and Pearls tour. The boot is quite easy to find, but original vinyl copies of it rank amongst the rarest of all Prince records ever issued.

Not sure, but I always assumed those ended up being the 3 disks of Crystal Ball.

  1. Roadhouse Garden - This tops them all. Can you imagine having an album with the title track, Our Destiny, In A Large Room With No Light, Wonderful Ass, Go, All My Dreams, Splash, and Lord knows what else, all sequenced together, in pristine quality?!
  2. The Dawn - The version he mentioned during an Emancipation promo article that would include Welcome 2 The Dawn, and possibly The Divine.
  3. Crystal Ball 2 - I'd be ever so happy with another official bootleg compilation like this. I wonder why he's not interested in doing one?
  4. Rave Unto The Joy Fantastic 27 Oct 1988 configuration - Though I'd be happy if the songs from this we don't have already were released on a Crystal Ball 2 type of compilation.
  5. Heart - Acoustic album that was pre-Emancipation I believe. I wonder if much of this ended up on The Truth?
  6. Madrid 2 Chicago - Just to hear what that missing 1998 solo record would have sounded like, even though the 2 songs we have from it (possibly 3 if you agree that Magnificent was on it) are not my favorite sounds from him.
  7. Happy Tears - Childrens album. I think it would be touching to hear Prince in Dad-mode.

Crystal Ball 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7.

Each release a 3 cds set. Some of the songs we already have but most of them we don't.

270 songs from 1977 to 2015.

One can dream...

Not much is known, other than that it was worked on and mentioned in 1994. Possibly in the NPG Magazinze?

I'd forgotten all about this song cuz 1 of the versions I had of it was warped, but the other 1 is fine. Love this song! music

The funk album which was supposed to have Turn Me Loose and Prince & The Band on it.

savvy

It's not a "Prince" project but he controls it.

Tony LeMans proved to me that while not a prolific instrumentalist was a very good songwriter.

Tony died before his second album could be released, but I gather there is a complete second album and Prince owns it and is simply sitting on it.

Even though Daivd Gamson's production on the first album was a bit too stacato for me, Tony's ability to sing, and write good music found its way around that. I would like to hear more.

Soundslike the Coco Boys aborted movie project of 1986/87, which was to have Prince, Tony Le Mans, Levi Seacer and Lenny Kravitz in a battle of the bands type thing. I hear it mentioned a lot in various versions, such as the aforenamed with Georgio Allentini vs Mazarati.

It would have been amusing to hear at least.

Miles

Those 'hours' of jams with Miles Davis he said he would only release when 'the time is right'.

He bragged about these in an interview around 1999 (Rave era).

Personally, I'm not sure they even exist, but I guess you never know ... cool

yeah,I remember him mentioning this project in a 1996 interview. He sorta gave the impression that it's this massive, important, amazing album that he's been working on a for a long time....but isn't that what Emancipation was supposed to be? hmmm Still,I'd like to hear it.
